Terms of Service

1. Scope These terms govern use of the artquartier.ch platform ("artquartier"), operated by [Company TBD], based in [address], CHE-[UID TBD]. 2. Service artquartier connects small businesses with wall space and artists for temporary exhibitions. artquartier is not party to the agreement between the business and artist. 3. User obligations Businesses provide the agreed wall space for the agreed period. Artists deliver, install and remove works on time. Both parties bear their own risk for damage or loss. 4. Payment and commission Sales are processed via Stripe. artquartier retains 30% of the artwork price. Shipping costs pass through 100% to the artist. Payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule. 5. Binding offers Buyers authorize the offer via Stripe. Artist acceptance triggers capture. Without response within 72 hours, the hold is released. 6. Liability To the extent permitted by law, artquartier is not liable for damages arising from matchmaking, shipping or exhibition. 7. Governing law Swiss law applies.
