The whole platform, in three steps and one cup of coffee

Step one: a venue publishes a slot. They name the dates, describe the wall, and that's it. Slots stay open for applications until the start date.

Step two: artists apply with one to three pieces from their portfolio, plus a name for the exhibition and a cover image. The venue reviews each application — title, artist, pieces, optional message — and accepts one. Everyone else gets a polite automatic rejection.

Step three: the artist installs on the agreed date. The venue confirms in their dashboard. QR codes go live next to each piece. Anyone walking by can scan, view the artist's profile, and buy directly.
